Ashburton Triangle
Forming part of the Emirates Stadium complex, Ashburton Triangle, a development of 249 flats for Key Workers, is the centrepiece of the affordable housing developed as part of the Arsenal Regeneration programme.
Designed by the same architects as Emirates Stadium, HOK Sport, this stunning building is Europe's largest zinc-clad building and sits on the podium opposite the new stadium. Due to its location the Ashburton Triangle is a no car scheme and many residents make full use of the on site cycle stores and nearby tube stations.

The first residents moved into the Triangle in September 2006. The flats are for Key Workers for Shared Ownership or Intermediate Rent at below market rates. This scheme is now completely filled.
The ground floor of the Triangle accommodates a new Community Learning Centre, which provides double the capacity for the community training learning programmes run by Arsenal FC and Islington Council. The Triangle is also home to the Arsenal Museum.
