Newlon Fusion – Supporting individuals, serving communities
Newlon Fusion is the award-winning community regeneration, training and youth services arm of Newlon Housing Group. Newlon Fusion aims to create sustainable and economically strong communities and currently delivers regeneration programmes in partnership with local authorities and community groups in the boroughs of Islington, Hackney, Haringey and Tower Hamlets.
The three main strands of the work are Community Regeneration, Adult Training, for people over the age of 16, and Youth Provision for the 11–16 year group.

Community Regeneration
Aims to create sustainable and economically strong communities.
We deliver regeneration programmes, in partnership with local authorities and community groups. These include community activities, training and employment opportunities. - Adult training
Provides courses in personal development with the aim of increasing employability for over 16s. - Youth Provision
Designed for 11–16 age group and centres upon personal development allied to achieving success in Key Skills.
The objectives
- To enhance the employment prospects, education and skills of tenants and other local people, particularly the young and those at a disadvantage, and promote equality of opportunity.
- To encourage employment opportunities for tenants and other people through support for and work with local community based businesses/organisations.
- To promote activities that celebrate and improve community spaces both in visual terms and through innovative usage.
- To tackle crime and improve community safety.
To enhance the quality of life; health; and capacity to contribute to regeneration;
of tenants and other local people, including the promotion of cultural and sports opportunities.
