Catherine Ross

Lead Member for Human Resources 

Catherine is a Board member for both Newlon Housing Trust and our subsidiary organisation Access Homes.  She is currently the lead member for Human Resources and IT.

She began her career as a project manager for the management consultancy division of NatWest Group, delivering a wide range of projects covering business strategy, finance and human resources. 

Catherine then joined The Prince’s Trust, where she was responsible for managing their youth programmes across London for several years. She became their Quality Manager, implementing self assessment across London Region and leading them to Investors in People status.
