Paying your Rent
There are several different ways to pay your rent
- By Monthly Direct Debit
This is probably the simplest and most convenient way of paying your rent. You don’t have to go to the bank or post office as the money goes directly from your bank account to Newlon. You can choose between paying on the 1st or the 15th of every month. And, if your rent changes, we automatically change the amount collected from your bank.All you need to do is fill out a direct debit form. Simply call Trustcall on 020 7613 8000 and they will send you one.
- At any Post Office
You can use your Newlon rent card to make payments at any Post Office in the country. You should allow five working days for the payment to appear on your rent account. - At any Bank
By using payment slips you can pay your rent at any bank branch. You should allow five days for the payment to appear on your rent account. - By Telephone
You can use any debit or credit to pay your rent over the telephone. Payments can be made 24 hours a day by phoning 0870 2436040. Follow the instructions and make sure that you have your rent card to hand, as you will need the reference number. You should allow five working days for the payment to reach your account. - By Pay Zone and E Pay
Using your rent card you can make payments at any shop or Post Office that displays the Pay Zone or E Pay sign. - By Post
You can send a cheque to our Head Office at 204 Hoxton Street, London N1 5LH. Cheques should be made payable to Newlon Housing Trust. Be sure to write your name, address and tenant number on the back of the cheque.
- Online
You can now save time with our convenient new online option. You will need an allpay payment card - you will need to quote the reference number when you register to pay.
