Maintenance and Repairs
If your property ever needs any repairs or maintenance, simply call Trustcall on 020 7613 8080 or call free from Landlines on 0800 072 4611.
If you need a callback and your enquiry relates to a non-urgent matter, you can use our text service. Simply text your message to 07748 963402 and we will pass it on to the relevant department to call you back. Also, if your query is not urgent you can email us at repairs@newlon.org.uk.
One of our customer service advisers will be available to take your call anytime from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. They will discuss the problem, assess the level of urgency, and let you know when a repair can be done. We will give you either a morning or afternoon appointment. If your repair is either in the category of Urgent (to be in 7 days) or routine (to be in 28 days) and you give us your mobile number, we will also send you a text to confirm the appointment and a further reminder the day before the appointment is due.
If you need emergency repairs outside office hours please ring Trustcall on the numbers listed above and our answerphone will provide the number for our emergency repairs service.
Cyclical Works
These are external decorations that we make to each of our properties on a rolling programme, so that all of our homes have this work done every five to seven years. Stock Investment and Planned Works
To ensure that your home meets the government's Decent Homes Standard we employ a firm of consultants who survey all of our properties. They decide whether things like your kitchen, windows and electrics need to be repaired or replaced.
