Insurance
If you rent your home from us then we are responsible for your buildings insurance and you are responsible for insuring the contents of your home.
If you are a Leaseholder you are responsible for your contents insurance until you own 100% of your home. At that point you would be responsible for the buildings insurance as well.
You can get contents insurance from any provider but we do run a tenants 'My Home Contents Insurance Scheme' which is endorsed by the National Housing Federation. You can view the advert by clicking on the link below.
