How to do it
There are several ways you can make a complaint:
- You can email us at complaints@newlon.org.uk.
- You can write directly to the Quality Manager at Newlon House, 204 Hoxton Street, London N1 5LH.
- You can contact us by telephone by calling the Complaints Hotline on 08000 582 559 (freephone from landlines).
- You can visit us in person – by making an appointment to see our Quality Manager at Newlon House or coming to any of our offices.
- You can use our online complaints form.
Complaints can also be made to any member of staff who will pass them on to the Quality Team.
When you make a complaint to us please include a description of what you are complaining about and tell us how you think we can solve the problem. We always try and acknowledge receipt of complaints within 3 working days, and respond within 10.
