As a Registered Social Landlord, Newlon is covered by the Housing Corporation’s Regulatory Code and inspected by the Audit Commission.
We achieved 'Four Green Lights' in our latest assessment from the Housing Corporation carried out in Spring 2007. All Housing Associations owning or managing more than 250 homes are regularly assessed against four key criteria - Governance, Management, Financial Viability and Development. Four Green Lights means that we have met or exceeded the required standard across all of these categories.
