Chris Blundell

Lead Member for Supported Housing

Chris Joined the Board as Outward nominee in July 06, having joined the Outward Board in January 2005.

Chris is the Director of Regeneration and Asset Management for Maidstone Housing Trust, a 2003 stock transfer of 6,200 homes and has responsibility for delivering a major programme of regeneration and planned investment in existing homes.

His career in housing spans 30 years. As well as having worked for the Housing Corporation and London Borough of  Hackney Chris has worked for several housing associations, including three at Director level.  Chris also spent 6 years as an academic at City University of Hong Kong, setting up the first undergraduate programmes in housing studies in Hong Kong and training in property management in China.
