Intermediate Rent

We are committed to providing Key Workers with the opportunity to be able to afford to live in the areas of London where they work. To support this commitment we have developed an innovative new kind of accommodation called 'Intermediate Rent'.

Intermediate Rent includes a range of different types of new homes including; cluster accommodation - similar to traditional nursing accommodation where small groups of people share a self-contained apartment, as well as one and two bedroom flats.

All of our Intermediate Rent housing meets 'secure by design' standards and has been specifically designed with people who work shifts in mind.

Intermediate Rent costs between 20% and 30% below local market rates. Our current Intermediate Rent schemes are:

Ashburton Triangle, N5 - situated next to the new Emirates stadium, and two minutes from Arsenal underground. Rents start at £95 a week for a one bedroom - one person flat.

Hornsey Street 5-7, N7 - situated one minute from Holloway Road underground.

Ponders End, Enfield

New developments opening during 2007 include:

Hornsey Street 1-4, N7 (two minutes from Holloway Road underground)
Tower Mews, E17 (situated opposite Walthamstow Central station)
Harford Street, E1 (situated by the Grand Union Canal in easy reach of Mile End and Stepney Green stations).

The majority of our Intermediate Rent housing is currently occupied. However, some spaces are available and we always maintain a waiting list.
