Key Worker Intermediate Rent

We are committed to providing Key Workers with the opportunity to be able to afford to live in the areas of London where they work. To support this commitment we have developed an innovative new kind of accommodation called 'Intermediate Rent'.

Intermediate Rent includes a range of different types of new homes including; cluster accommodation - similar to traditional nursing accommodation where small groups of people share a self-contained apartment, as well as one and two bedroom flats.

All of our Intermediate Rent housing meets 'secure by design' standards and has been specifically designed with people who work shifts in mind.

Intermediate Rent costs between 20% and 30% below local market rates. Our current Intermediate Rent schemes are:
