With over 6,000 homes under our management we are not the largest of housing associations – but we are growing fast. In terms of public funding from the Housing Corporation, we are among the country’s leading housing associations. And as we grow, we can operate even more innovatively and effectively.  More importantly, we can deliver better homes and services to more people.

• Our properties are a mixture of General Needs family dwellings, Shared Ownership and Leasehold housing, schemes for older people and homes for those requiring additional support and care

• We have over 1,600 new homes in development, and are one of the Housing Corporation’s preferred development partners
  
• Each year, we arrange for 9,000 repairs and take 40,000 telephone calls

• Our annual turnover is £30m and our assets are worth £400m
