The Newlon Group
The Newlon Group consists of four organisations that work together to provide a full range of housing, care and community support in the boroughs of north and east London where we have residents:
Newlon Housing Trust
Newlon is an industrial and provident society and a charitable housing trust. We use public and private money to build affordable houses and enrich communities across North and East London. The Trust is the parent body for the Group.
Outward
Outward is a charity that provides care and support to more than 300 people with mental health problems, learning disabilities or additional support needs. You can find out more from the Outward website.
Access Homes Housing Association
Access is a small but fast growing non-charitable housing association. Like Newlon Housing Trust it retains any financial surpluses to re-invest in its housing activities. Access also provides services to Leaseholders.
Newlon Fusion
Newlon Fusion delivers community regeneration programmes as well as training and education for young people and adults across north and east London. You can find out more about their work from the Newlon Fusion website.
In legal terms, Newlon Housing Trust is the parent of the Group - Outward, Access Homes and Newlon Fusion are its subsidiaries. By working closely together the four organisations provide a comprehensive range of high quality services to the communities in which they operate.
